I decided to bring all the skills together - one programme ...
and this was fuelled by some personal change taken under challenge.
Lessons in adversity
4 years ago I was struck down by Meniere’s Disease, a form of severe vertigo ...days each week lying on a coach... no face to face coaching… unable to work!... couldn't face to face coach... at one point even triggered by the glare of my phone and computer.... worried I would never work!!!!! ... all led me to looking at training online
After feeling sorry for myself I was left with ... Lots of time to think! Working out how to protect my future.... and also with a renewed compassion for the journey of life others were making... equipping others to live with vision
... add to that my skill sets, garnished from life lived well: training and working as an actor, film maker, corporate trainer and heading up educational institutions equipping me to develop a performance practise
An Online Video Based Performance Practise training for FutureShapers was born.
uniquely integrates "actor" training techniques with performance psychology & leadership methodologies to build communication & leadership performance skills.
… for centuries… actors have been trained to be professional performers. Step by step processes preparing them to develop characters and then connect to and take on a journey their audiences as they tell the story of the play or film.
Corporate trainers have transferred these techniques to improve communication skills in the corporate sector.
